Protecting humanity from itself!

Just a reminder I still have this Watchmen video up on YouTube, and its merit is based solely on something boneheaded like the number of views, so keep watching!

Honestly, if I wanted more views, I should have put a girl in short-shorts wiggling her ass.

It’s true, I’ve talked this way all my life

The Kids in the Hall feel my ohh-so-sincere pain.

I’m so lonely…

*UNAIRED* 1985 Watchmen toy ad

This is a commercial for the Adrian Veidt action figure that was never aired, due to cancellation of the toy line. Found this on an old VHS. Did they ever make any of these??

Here’s my entry for the YouTube Watchmen ad contest. The best ones will get put somewhere in the background of the upcoming Watchmen movie, which is pretty exciting. Hope you like it — the winners are determined by the most number of views / highest rating, so watch early, and watch often!

E411 drops a bomb on Channel Frederator

Once again, Channel Frederator’s got the inside track on more Emergency 411, so check it out — but be sure to get those tax returns in first!

I haven’t started mine yet. Is that bad?

Also, watch for William Hohauser’s Silly Gags. It’s like the WarioWare of animation.

(Speaking of timeliness… next time I’ll try to give updates on time, and not a month after my cartoons have gone up. Oh, and Happy St. Patrick’s Day!)

Emergency 411 gives you the 411 on how to 411

For my MobiBio submission, I reveal how I procrastinate produce every episode of Emergency 411.

Who knew animation involved so much sleeping and goofing off? View it now, along with the rest of the E411 guides over at Mobifest.net!

Big Sky would be the best Guitar Hero song evar!!1

Without a doubt, Reverend Horton Heat’s “Big Sky” would be the absolutely most fret-burningest, string snappingest, finger shreddingest song were it ever to come to the Guitar Hero franchise.

I get dizzy imagining the hammer-ons, pull-offs and wrist-cramping strumming needed just to keep up with this frenetic, massive Rockabilly tune. If you don’t believe me, give it a listen at the iTunes Store.

Or, just see for yourself. Conquering this on Export Expert mode would be like jumping up and slapping the face of God.

Crackle finds the 411 on parking

The Emergency 411 keeps showing up in more places! This time, it’s part of Crackle’s Wet Paint contest, featured alongside many fine (and some familiar) animated shorts currently gracing the web. If you’ve been stuck circling the block and haven’t gotten a chance, check out Emergency 411: Finding Parking — it’s on Crackle right now!

And while you’re there, the shouting talking half of Penn & Teller has something to say on Penn Says, with one of my favorites being his thoughts on fame. And just because I’m linking to Penn doesn’t mean I’m trying to convert you into an internet libertarian.

Vomit Tag

I’ve been trying to lose a little weight, so my friends and I got together for a game that’s both great exercise and a clever way to hide my secret bulimia: vomit tag!

I’m calling from the Home Office

A new Weak Nights video is up, and what could be better than office drama? Why it’s home office drama. Watch a guy argue with his girlfriend!!

Emergency 411: Finding Parking

I freely admit, I’ve got a little bit of a hangup about finding parking in LA. For this year’s Mobifest Toronto I put together a how-to of invaluable parking tips that border on the criminal — because when looking for a parking spot, it’s every motorist for himself.

Plus, I am fortunate enough that this is one of two entries of mine accepted as finalists for Mobifest Toronto! For more entries, check out my profile, or the other great submissions at mobifest.net!
